Question How long is long enough?

Recommended Posts

Been apart of the webflake community for a while now. I am looking to get some basic , custom work completed.

How do I go about getting access to the market to request some development work for my IPB4 website.

For people who are starting out on the forum and looking for some questions to be answered, I would recommend starting off at our FAQ page.

To answer your question specifically though:

4. Why am I unable to post in the Requests area(s)?
To submit a request for a file, you must be a Veteran or above (50+ posts). If you flood our forums with 'thanks' posts, or generic five word phrases, your posts will be deleted and any submitted requests will be removed as well. Habitual offenders will be banned.

To answer the thread title, "how long is long enough?", we do not quantify access on the basis of tenure. In other words, being a member for more than two years and having just four posts in that span of time does not entitle you to anything beyond the basic access that everyone else has. Contribute and you'll eventually rank up and unlock additional access to the site. Bear in mind however, as James shared above, that spamming a bunch of bullshit responses is just going to get you banned.
