IPS 4.3 Warn system doesen't work

Question

After migrating to a VPS the warning system doesen't work. When I try to warn a user giving him warning points the system return an error:

"Sorry, there is a problem You need to set a time for the actions applied, or select "indefinitely"

Error code: 1C150 / 2"

This happens anyways, even changing for expriration never to a fixed date.

Have you tried to apply a database fix. Meaning use MySQL Repairs for the tables etc.

Did you made any changes in your forum recently (eg. new plugins, server migration...)? However I'm pretty sure it's not a bug of default IPS.

The only thing I did was update.
If you read carefully 4.3.3 you will see that a new task arrived, I think it ended up interfering.
