Youtube Or Twitch?

Recommended Posts

I prefer YouTube, can't be bothered to use Twitch. Twitch has much more ad's and most content creators don't spread to other niches/games.

Honestly, it depends a lot on the case.

I lately like to make quick lives on Facebook to promote my channel on Twitch that is more geared towards games. But for general lives, I recommend YouTube itself because it has a wider scope.

I never thought i'd see a valid competitor to youtube, but twitch is pretty interesting.

Youtube Videos ofc, and Twitch for livestreams.

Youtube is better for like, rules with streaming, while Twitch is a nicer platform except they are super strict with rules. :(

I know someone who got perma banned for their uncle pulling a gun on stream. He handled it super well and it wasn't even his fault, but was given a ban with no chance of being unbanned, while other streamers have gotten better treatment for it. Just kind of sucks.

They both kinda suck because of cracking down over stupid things.

However I'd say Youtube is better for videos that get watched later and Twitch is better for livestreaming.

I prefer Youtube, but I don't like how they keep changing things, and they have definitely got a lot greedier recently
