How to edit font color of "Submit Reply" button in IPS 4.1.16.1?

Question

IPSsubmitReply.png

As the screenshot above shows, I'm trying to change the font color of "Submit Reply". Currently it's white on white which looks very bad. I'm using IPS 4.1.16.1 with Chameleon Dark theme. It's most likely something I need to add to custom.css, but I don't know what. I just want black font color.

}

Thanks again! Is there any way to change the color of the background of the gray box? It seems all my fonts are white color, so I just need to change the background from gray to black or something dark.

I found the tutorial using 3.4.x but not 4.1.x.

If you're talking about changing the skin of the editor, I know how to do that in 4.1.x. I just thought there might be a way to change just the background color.
