I use digitalocean cloud servers, work great for me. Can't say I'd move to IPB servers.

i use dedispec they are really good dedicated servers for good price. They are unmanaged so unless you know how to set everything up it a good choice to take.

you can get a clearence server from them for about $13 a month with 4gb ram.

OVH *Cough*

No but seriously although I have been using OVH mainly for game server hosting they have served me well as a web host, their infrastructure is really good but their Support can be some what rubbish

They are also fairly cheap

Have you done a check on what might be consuming your memory? What server OS are you running on? Is it Linux or Windows based? If Linux Ubuntu/Debian or Centos?

Either way idealistically for a webserver that's receiving decent traffic (around 100 visitors an hour under a heavy script i.e. IP with +3 of it's addons) then I would suggest at least a dual core vps with an SSD and 1GB of ram. I currently host on Vultr and haven't had any issues.
